Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! We ship worldwide.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, MASTER CARD) and PayPal. For more details on payment please visit our payment page HERE.

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

When will my order be processed?

All items are produced and shipped from our facility within 2-4 business days (Not including the shipping time) from the time of purchase. Standard shipping times then apply. If for some reason producing and shipping times are longer than usual, we will notify you via email.

Please contact us if you do not receive the tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you complete your payment.

How do I check my order?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

How can I change or cancel my order?

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

My order is missing or defective or I received the wrong item, what should I do?
